SOUTH SUDAN SEVERE FOOD CRISIS!
Reporter: Jaimie
Reports on South Sudan have said that
there is SEVERE starvation going on, the war is affecting the crops and thousands have already died, why?....
People are searching for scraps off the
ground, “every seed counts” they would say, the amount of people without food and clothes is relentless, kids with no education and millions affected by the war. Is there any hope left for these Africans?
People have traveled for months
trying to avoid the war, a DAY’S work of chopping wood is 20 cents and as the famine increases so does the lack of water from the drought.
Food inflation is over 100% and
over 100,000 people are close to starvation. More and more people lack food and water from the army burning their crops to turning to wild fruit as a last resort.
Caritas supporting in every way it
can will it be enough for the incredible hardships these people face... | |||

The Effects In South Sudan
In 2017 South Sudan had it rough. Soldiers
where burning the crops that the families
where trying to grow. Families picked up
seeds from the ground to make food for
there family and there villages. People
are walking 5 miles just to get water for
there families. There is this family that
sets up a stall and sells food water and
fish, but the family don’t get the money
all they get is a try of fish bones that she
mum makes into fish soup.
